Frame Saw
Main purpose
This machine is for longitudinal cutting of processed wood blocks, especially for those large width blocks. It can produce various size boards in one multiple sawing. Our machine is widely used in furniture, solid wood floors, solid wood composite floors, shutters and decoration projects etc.
Main feature
1. Automatic feeding device.
2. Small kerfs with minimize loss and raise the usability for block.
3. The sawing surface is flat and smooth and the size is precise.
4. Air cooling device is set so that the blades are cooled from the front while the wood bits are cleaned. It can lengthen the life of saw blade.
5. Oil circulation device ensures the stable movement of high speed reciprocating parts and cut the cost of lubrication.
6. Feeding speed can be change by frequency inverter. So it can feeding at different speed of different widths and hardness of block.
7. Centralized dust removing device is set.
8. Siemens PLC integrated control system.
